The videos you are watching in the Video Section will be featured in the Modern Samurai DVD scheduled for release in the Spring of 2011.
This DVD will offer students instruction from white belt to black belt. The DVD is designed to be used in conjunction with students knowledge, experience and class participation. This is a great learning tool as its designed specifically for Modern Samurai students by Sensei Lou.
The DVD will offer many view angles or the same camera angle capturing the featured skill set at various speeds, intensity and detailed explanations.
Contents Include:
- All basic techniques from falling, rolling, take downs, throws and self defense.
- Forms, Tiger 1 through black belt form (Koryo)
- Basic, intermediate and advanced movement drills.
- Basic kicks through advanced jumping and turning kicks demonstrated, in class format, with paddle target, kick shields, and the heavy bag.
