To our dear dojo members and family,
Terry and I hope that you have made it through the night safe and sound. As I write at 9:15 AM damage appears minor so far in Queens. The worst is yet to come this morning. In the interests of safety the dojo picnic is cancelled. Due to the fact that so many families were participating and making preparations we didn't cancel sooner in the event that we lucked out and the storm bypassed us.
Enjoy the remainder of Summer. See you in September.
